Return Policy

  1. A Customer who is also a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), who has concluded a distance contract, may withdraw from it without giving reasons by submitting an appropriate statement within fourteen (14) calendar days. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiry, including the order number you wish to return.   2. The fourteen-day period in which the Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services runs from the day of delivery of the Product in the case of the Sales Agreement, and when the agreement concerns the provision of Electronic Services – from the day of its conclusion.
  3. The Seller, immediately upon receipt of the withdrawal statement, sends the Consumer an email confirming receipt of the above-mentioned statement.
  4. In the event of withdrawal from the agreement – the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services is considered not concluded. What the Parties have provided shall be returned in an unchanged state, unless the change was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, or §7.7 of the Terms and Conditions applies. The return should be made promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days.
  5. Only unused products may be returned, along with the packaging and originally attached tags, showing no signs of use (without the scent of perfume, powder, etc.). The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
  6. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in relation to a contract where the subject of the service is a non-standard Product, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs.

  8. The Consumer may also use the free InPost return option, simply click the link https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/SENGA_DANCEWEAR and register the return. Returns can also be made in the InPost app under the “return” tab.
  9. Please include the return form and the receipt with the returned goods.
  10. The Seller will refund payments received from the Consumer using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another refund method that does not involve any costs for them. The Seller may withhold the refund of payments received from the Consumer until the goods are received back or until the Consumer provides proof of sending them back, whichever event occurs first. The refund by the Seller will be made no later than 7 days from the receipt of the returned goods by the Customer.
  11. The Consumer bears only any direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.
  12. If the Consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the Consumer.
